One of the problems faced by websites is a massive number of potential miscreants and software with an often unknown or underappreciated attack surface. If your server is behaving strangely, ceased to function properly, or even showing a picture of a huge ping bunny rabbit (!) , maybe we can help.
We can attempt a system recovery based on the exploit with a view to restoring service and plugging the hole. Alternatively we can assist with recovery from backups if problems have become too severe and the exploit involves the deletion of data or parts of your server.
