Description
Remote support covers the following disciplines;

- Installation / configuration of new software
- Troubleshooting problems with existing software and hardware
- Configuring backups solutions, restoring data from backups
- Tuning system performance
- Diagnosing poor performance or hardware issues
In the event of a system being unable to boot from it’s hard drive, you will need a Universal BootLoader USB key to facilitate remote support.
Remote support can be initiated via SMS, Email or direct message without the need for a telephone support instance, provided SSH access is already available and configured.
